Join us for our monthly Foto Club! A come-when-you-can community supporting teens who are interested in exploring photo concepts and monthly photo prompts.

Each month, Foto Club attendees will learn a new concept or explore a new prompt. A facilitator will introduce the concept, share examples, and offer tips and suggestions. Participants will shoot throughout the month and will share back some of their favorite shots at the following foto club meeting.

This month’s prompt will explore a brief history of photobooks and will examine photobooks made by women. We will look at artists who have used the book format (either exclusively or supplementary) to disseminate their work into the world. With factors like sequence, format, and design in mind, participants will begin to conceptualize what their own photobooks might look like.
