Come learn the basics of photography and storytelling in this FREE two day workshop presented by Boyle Heights Beat and Las Fotos Project.
Workshop dates (participants must attend both): - Monday, June 24th from 10am-2pm - Wednesday, June 26th from 10am-1pm.
Participants will learn new skills including the basics of portrait photography, and will produce their very own "Caras of Boyle Heights" photo essay—to be published on the Boyle Heights Beat website.
Open to Boyle Heights/East LA youth ages 16-24
This is a beginner level workshop. Camera equipment will be provided.
