C.E.O - Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities

INTERESTED IN HIRING US? Please fill out our CEO Booking Interest form and one of our staff members will get back to you soon!

The C.E.O program – Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities, provides teen girls with valuable entrepreneurial skills for future careers in the creative industry such as event photography, commercial photography and pre/post production.

Our social enterprise program originally launched in October of 2017, as a way of connecting teenage photographers with career opportunities. As photographers hired by local businesses and organizations, students gain on-the-job training while being mentored by professional photographers.

OUR STUDENTS are ambitious teenage girls, ages 15-18, who desire a creative outlet, and are passionate about telling stories through photography. We pair our students with professional photographers who serve as mentors and supervisors during paid photo assignments, ensuring they capture professional images while strengthening their photography skills and building confidence.

OUR CLIENTS vary from nonprofits to fashion brands. Our teen photographers are hired to capture images for documentation, marketing, and websites. Some of our past clients include Ciclavia, The Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, AARP California, Red Bull, The Food Policy Council, College Track, LACMA, and the Autry Museum.

OUR SERVICES:

  • Events (e.g. fundraisers, galas, awards)
  • Headshots
  • Photo Booths
  • Look-Books
  • Lifestyle Shoots and more.

THE IMPACT  Although a male-dominated industry, our social enterprise positions itself as a female-driven photography business. CEO disrupts the landscape by teaching teenage girls how to leverage their technical photography skills while empowering them to pursue opportunities within the digital media industry. Through weekly classroom instruction and on-the-job training, we equip our students with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to think critically, explore creative careers, and become self-sufficient.
